When will the change take place?

The new platform will be available beginning Monday, March 24th.  

We will be converting over the weekend and the old system will be unavailable beginning Friday, March 21st at 3 pm CST.

How do I access the new online banking platform?

Follow these steps to access your new online banking account for the first time, including setting up your username, password, and security questions.

Do I need a new app to access mobile banking?

Yes, download the new Texas Financial Bank app for Apple devices in the App Store or Google Play for Android users.  As of 5:00 pm Friday, March 21st, the previous version of our app will no longer work.

Our new app will be available to download on Monday, March 24th.  Links to download the app are available at the bottom of this page for mobile users.

Will my transaction history be available?

Yes, your transaction history for the past 12 months will be available on the new platform!

Will there be any changes to how I receive my statements?

In March, customers will receive two statements, one for activity through March 21st, and another for the remainder of the month.  Statements will return to a normal cadence beginning in April. 

Customers may elect to receive e-statements once logged into or enrolled in the new platform.

How do I contact support if I have issues with online banking?

How do I reconnect QuickBooks or Quicken to my new online banking?

QuickBooks and Quicken users may need to update their connection settings. This guide walks you through the process of linking your account to the new system.
